Membership can be acquired at any youth hostel or online at www.jugendherberge.de/en/membership/.

Families: 22,50 €
as well as married couples and cohabitation (also same-sex). Here only one partner pays (condition: same address). Life partners and underage children receive their own membership cards free of charge, also own adult children up to a maximum of 26 years, even if they have a different address.
Individual members and families who join the DJH for the first time in June of a year pay only half the annual membership fee in the year of joining. Information on corporate membership for schools, clubs, associations, institutions and training companies can be found under Group Membership.
If you do not have a membership card you can purchase it on Check-in for 3,50 € per night (adults only).

All prices are junior prices (up to and including 26 years of age). Guests of 27 years and older pay an additional fee of 4 euro per night.
Tourist tax: Junior (18 years or older) 1,00 Euro per night, Fam27+ 1,25 Euro per night
Families: Family membership required
Accompanied minor children Families/27plus members pay the junior price. With valid family Membership the following discounts apply to overnight accommodation & meals:
Children aged 2 and under are free
Children from 3 years to 12 Birthday get from 50 percent discount.
Groups: Group card required
All members of a group pay the junior price.
Disabled persons: Visitors with a valid certificate of disability and their companion (if needed and written in the ID) pay the junior price. Those companions do not need an extra Youth Hostelling membership.

Arrival
By public transport:
Line 3, 8, 61 till station Nuernberger Platz – follow the Nuernberger Strasse till you reach the Huebnerstrasse and follow till you arrive at the corner of Huebnerstrasse/Eisenstuckstrasse – the hostel is right there.
Walking from the train station Hauptbahnhof:
Leave the station near platform 1 exit Bayrische Strasse and walk straight into the Winckelmannstrasse – follow till you see the sign Jugendherberge and turn right into the Bergstrasse – follow the Huebnerstrasse till the Hostel in number 11.
